Contingent Bill Kya Hai?

Jab duty ke dauran train connectivity na ho ya kisi emergency (accident site, breakdown) par jaana ho jahan train nahi ja rahi, tab road se yatra karni padti hai. Iska claim IREM (Indian Railways Establishment Code) ke rules ke mutabik hota hai.

Important Rules:
  • Rule of Public Interest: Road travel tabhi allow hota hai jab wo kaam ke liye zaroori ho aur train se jaana mumkin na ho.
  • Rate of Payment: 7th Pay Commission ke baad Rates ₹15 (Auto) aur ₹30 (Taxi) tay kiye gaye hain.
  • Distance: Duty point se destination tak ka actual distance count hota hai.
Documents Required:
  • Bus/Taxi ki receipt (agar ₹200 se upar hai).
  • Contingent bill form (Jo niche calculator se generate hoga).
  • Approval from Competent Authority (Supervisor/Officer).
